DeepTrust does not keep, store, or use transcriptions and recordings to improve the overall product, however, at request, we can use an organization's data to fine tune their specific VoxGuard deployment.

Yes, DeepTrust VoxGuard can be customized to be more or less sensitive to certain threats.

How are alerts sent to users and security teams?

Employees receive in call alerts while security team alerts are sent to their platform of choice.
